Terms of Use
Important UDID notice: each Apple device has its own UDID and it cannot be replaced with another device. After successful payment, the system may submit your UDID to Apple to register a certificate. You must check every UDID character carefully before paying. We are not responsible for, will not change orders for, and will not refund cases where the user enters an incorrect UDID.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing certificates, making payments, using IPA signing, creating install links, checking certificates, looking up orders, or using any website utility, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service.
2. Scope of services
The website provides services and utilities related to the iOS ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- Selling and supporting Apple certificates used to install apps on iPhone, iPad, or compatible devices.
- Standard certificate packages, packages for bypass/hidden iCloud devices, and packages processed according to the description shown at the time of order.
- Online IPA signing, IPA install link creation, certificate checking, UDID retrieval, and order status lookup tools.
- App archives or reference content provided according to system availability.
- API documentation and utilities for users or partners when published.
We are not Apple, do not represent Apple, and do not have full control over Apple device approval policies, certificate revocation, UDID blacklist status, or technical changes from Apple.
3. User accounts
3.1 Registration information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering, signing in, ordering, topping up your wallet, or contacting support. You must not impersonate others, use another person’s account, or provide misleading transaction information.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for protecting your account, password, email, login cookies, and personal devices. Transactions made from a valid account are considered to be performed by you unless clear evidence of unauthorized access is provided and verified by us.
4. UDID and device responsibility
4.1 Check UDID before payment
A UDID is the unique identifier of each Apple device. You must check and enter the correct UDID before payment. Use the website UDID tool or official instructions to reduce mistakes.
We are not responsible for incorrect UDIDs, UDIDs from another device, missing or extra characters, confusion between letters and numbers, or UDIDs collected with unsuitable tools.
4.2 No UDID changes after submission
After successful payment, the system may automatically submit the UDID to Apple. Once the UDID has been submitted or the order is being processed, we cannot change it to another device or cancel the order only because the user entered incorrect information.
4.3 Bypass or hidden iCloud devices
If your device is bypassed, hidden iCloud, or otherwise special, you must read the description carefully and choose a package that supports it. Choosing an unsupported package may cause the order to fail expectations and may not be covered by standard warranty.
4.4 Blacklisted or restricted UDIDs
If the UDID is blacklisted, restricted by Apple, or waiting under Apple policy, processing may take longer than expected. Some cases may require multiple days unless you use a package explicitly described for blacklist/UNBAN handling.
5. Orders, payment, and processing
5.1 Package price and details
Prices, processing time, warranty duration, benefits, and notes are applied according to the information displayed when you place the order. You should read the package name, description, device support notes, and warranty conditions before paying.
5.2 Payment methods
The website may support bank QR payment, wallet balance, PayPal, or other published payment methods. Orders are recorded only after the system confirms valid payment or an administrator verifies payment successfully.
5.3 Receipt images and transaction verification
When a payment method requires a receipt image, you must upload a clear image for the correct transaction and amount. Fake receipts, edited receipts, wrong transfer content, or intentional fraud may lead to refusal of service and account restrictions.
5.4 Processing time
Completion time depends on the package, UDID status, system status, Apple policy, and related platforms. Times shown on the website are estimates or commitments for specific packages and do not apply to incorrect information, wrong package selection, or unexpected UDID restrictions.
6. Warranty and refunds
6.1 Warranty scope
Warranty applies only to orders within the warranty period and to issues covered by the purchased package, such as certificate errors, revocation, or inability to use the certificate under the package conditions. If eligible, we will support warranty, reissue, or process the order under the applicable policy.
6.2 Cases not covered
The following cases may be refused for warranty or refund:
- The user entered the wrong UDID, used another device’s UDID, or requested a device change after processing.
- The user chose the wrong package, especially for bypass/hidden iCloud devices.
- The user shared, resold, abused, or misused the certificate.
- The user’s device, account, or app violates Apple rules or applicable law.
- The user deleted, modified, changed configuration, changed device, or performed incorrect steps that caused the issue.
6.3 Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to the actual order status. If approved, the refund may be credited to your account balance for future transactions. We do not guarantee refunding to the original payment method in all cases.
No refund is provided for orders already submitted to Apple, certificates already issued, incorrect UDID, wrong package selection, or suspected fraud, unless we announce otherwise in writing or through the system.
7. Free tools and user content
7.1 IPA signing, link creation, and certificate checking
Free tools and supporting utilities are provided on a best-effort basis. We may limit, pause, maintain, change, or stop these tools when needed to protect the system or fit operating conditions.
7.2 User-uploaded IPA files and certificates
You are responsible for the legality of IPA files, certificates, P12 passwords, bundle IDs, app names, and all content uploaded to or used with the website tools. You must not use the system to sign, distribute, or install copyrighted, malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content.
7.3 App archive/decrypt content
App archive or decrypt content is provided according to availability. We do not guarantee that all files, versions, download links, or app information will always exist, be accurate, complete, or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
- We are not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions caused by Apple, payment providers, hosting providers, internet networks, browsers, user devices, or third-party platforms.
- We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, lost opportunities, user mistakes, or issues caused by third-party apps, certificates, or content.
- We do not guarantee that certificates or IPA signing tools will work forever because usage depends on Apple policies and technical mechanisms.
- In all cases, our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the amount the user paid for the order directly involved in the dispute.
9. Prohibited conduct
We may refuse service, revoke access, lock accounts, or provide necessary information to relevant parties if we detect:
- Fake payments, edited receipts, system abuse, or intentional fraud.
- Attacks, vulnerability scanning, spam, overload attempts, or unauthorized interference with the website/API.
- Use of the service to distribute malware, illegal content, copyright-infringing content, or scams.
- Reselling, sharing, or exploiting the service in ways that harm the system, other users, or third parties.
- Providing false information to request warranty, refund, or support without meeting conditions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time to reflect service changes, payment processes, warranty policy, technical requirements, or legal requirements. The new version takes effect when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.
Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the latest version.
11. Support contact
If you need clarification, order checks, warranty requests, or support before payment, contact us through the official channels displayed on the website, such as Telegram, Zalo, or Email.
These terms are written to clarify rights and responsibilities when using the service. Before payment, please carefully check the package, UDID, device type, and contact information.
